Where The Cookin’ Journey began

I remember my dad hosting barbecues in my home’s comfortable backyard since I was a youngster. Those events were truly special, and I still recall them fondly. The smells and tastes of the food, the joyous conversation and laughter, the camaraderie of family and friends. They will stay with me forever.

My dad’s BBQ parties were always a special occasion for me and my family. He would take out his trusty charcoal grill and fire it up, and then he would start the process of marinating and preparing the meat. He would make all sorts of delicious creations like his famous ribs, burgers, and chicken. Everyone in the neighborhood knew that my dad’s BBQ was the best around and we were always proud of his skills. He taught me how to cook from a young age and I am thankful for all the lessons he taught me. I still use many of his recipes and techniques today, and I am so grateful to have been able to learn from him. It’s truly been a wonderful journey into the world of cooking.
