This is really easy & quick to prepare. We really liked this unique flavor! This is great served with - or over - rice! ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 14 ounces ketchup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, with juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine everything except chicken.
  • Pour sauce over the chicken.
  • Bake@ 350 for 1 hour.
