Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken
  • 3 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 50 g peanut powder
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
  • salt
  • oil (for deep frying)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients with chicken, except oil. Marinate for 30 minutes, then deep fry.
