Ladies & gents, do I have a recipe for you!

One that seems as decadent as decandent can be.

Yet is really just an indulgent treat in disguise.

One that will impress any dinner guest during this pumpkin-inspired fall season.

And one that will have you in and out of the kitchen in no time. Especially when prepped ahead.

Five ingredients. Plus butter & salt.

Easy on the wallet too 🙂

What’s not to love here?

Pumpkin Cinnamon Butter Ravioli

Warm fluffy pillows of spicy sweet pumpkin wrapped in a butter crisped pocket and draped with warm browned butter goodness.

Put a fork in me. I.AM.DONE.

All you need:

Canned pumpkin. Nasoya wonton wraps. Butter.

Cinnamon. Nutmeg. Chili Powder. Salt.

Add the spices to the canned pumpkin and give a good stir.

Then get your Nasoya wonton wraps ready to be stuffed n’ folded.

These lil’ wraps are just golden. Make life so easy & they work so well!

All you need is a little water around the edges, a dallop of the spiced pumpkin mixture, then a simple fold and press to seal the edges.

Once you’ve made them all it’s time for cooking.

Which is where the butter comes into play.

1 tablespoon of the good stuff to cook a serving of 6 ravioli is what I used.

Just enough to crisp the wonton wraps while also browning the extra butter into a most luscious incredible “sauce”.

Which when served, is poured over the pumpkin cinnamon ravioli and just drapes the crispy wontons in buttery goodness.

Up close and personal.

Which is the only place you’ll want to be once these are on your plate! 😛

And what if I told you that one serving of this decadent treat is low in calories too… would you believe me?


That’s okay. I wouldn’t either 😉

But it is!

One serving of 6 cooked ravioli clocks in at around 250 calories give or take a few.  Perfect to pair with a protein + veg of your choice. Or to just eat more ravioli if your heart so desires…

  4. These look fabulous! I don’t usually cook with butter because it doesn’t agree with my stomach but I totally wanna make an exception for these little guys! Would be a fun football finger food dipped in some cinnamon Cho! Or… breakfast?!
