When It’s Good, It’s Good!

So I went MIA yesterday….

Partially because work got busier than ever towards the end of this week…

And partially because we’ve been eating this for the past 2 days!!!

Talk about economical PLUS delicious… I’m still not tired of it.

I can’t believe how many meals this has fed us. Wow.

Ummm why don’t I make lasagna more often???

And now this is currently happening:

Brandi just might be a baking genius?!

It’s baking away as we speak and smelling quite wonderful at that…

Hopefully it’ll be done by the time I finish my 417th meal of lasagna for the week
